Holds like stink!
Grabs great and makes the Jeep work like new again. Fits perfectly in my 2.5L 1997 Jeep Wrangler. No need to buy a clutch alignment tool like I did, one comes in the kit. That being said...the included throw-out bearing is a freaking joke, get a cast iron one from National.

Works great!
Was skeptical about using this product, but it's been good so far. It's been in for a few months with no issues (knock on wood). The last clutch was factory and was in good shape. I just needed to replace the throw out bearing. Figured I'd replace this too. I would definitely go with a throw out bearing from Timkin. The one that comes with the kit is plastic and seems flimsy.

Perfect fit 99 TJ 2.5l 5sp AX5 transmission
This was a perfect fit for my 99 TJ 2.5l 5sp AX5 transmission. I did toss the bearing in the trash and went and bought a metal one. As the throughout bearing that comes with this is a composite of plastic and the metal bearing. But this mad my hard shifting go away . The price was amazing. I also bought the flywheel as well to make it a perfect package. All for under two hundred dollars.

BEWARE: No Throw Out Bearing Included
BEWARE! This kit does NOT come with a throw out bearing. Upon asking Amazon if a throw out bearing was included, I was told yes, but now, in order to get a replacement bearing since it was missing I’d have to return the entire clutch. I reached out to LuK at the suggestion of Amazon and unfortunately they said they can’t help, it has to go through Amazon. Faulty description of what is included in packaging and poor customer service. I will not be re-ordering through LuK.

LuK Quality @ a great price!
What can one say! LuK is the worlds largest Clutch / FlyWheel producer. (look at some of the kits on the market... re-packaged LuK components) & as such, expected quality fit & finish.

Works perfectly. I did not use the plastic bearing, mine was almost new and better quality.

Throw out bearing has a lot of plastic material. Failed with less than 100 kms on it.
