One of the best BCAA powders I’ve tried. Great taste, vitamins included, and it mixes really easily and gives me a burst before workouts or just as a morning supp. Cherry limeade is my favorite flavor but the others are good too. EVL seems to have a solid line of products.

I like that there is a little more caffeine than my go-to Optimum Nutrition version, but I am taking a star off because the flavor is actually too strong and artificial. Even just two scoops in a full 24oz shaker cup tastes to strong.

Tastes good mixes well

I was looking for something to give me a boost before my early morning runs. Coffee just wasn't cutting it, and was taking too long to drink since it's so hot. I decided to give this mix a shot and am really loving it! I don't feel jittery after and feel much more energized during my runs. Not sure if it really helps with recovery as I haven't tried it before a weight session, but for the energy alone, it's good. I also find it tastes better with a couple ice cubes thrown in!

So, I don't really use preworkouts usually because the one I have makes me feel like garbage and usually drains me of any energy, so I decided to try this instead. It gives me a kick similar to that of a sugar free Red Bull (my favourite) minus the breakouts on my back that occur when I have energy drinks daily. I was able to get back into cardio after three years of not doing any and didn't feel jittery or nauseous which is usually an issue if I use stimulants before a workout. I also feel like it helps with recovery as I don't really feel as sore after my workouts. This stuff tastes amazing, quite similar to a melted down rocket popsicle if I must say. New part of the stack!

I've been ordering BCAA Energy for many years and I have found that the taste keeps getting worse every time I order. My most recent purchase, Cherry Limeade, is really bad! It reminds me of the cherry cough syrup from when I was a kid! The Pink Lemonade and Orange (both now discontinued) that I used to order about three years ago actually tasted good. I don't know what happened but all of the new ones have a bad chemical taste.
