This supplement has really helped me. I had results the first day I took it. Made my high anxiety to become much more manageable. First product I have used that truly helped me with anxiety. It is definitely worth trying. I have tried multiple other supplements that didn't help me. This product works.

This product works very well and with no jitters

I have had very good results in the past with GABA and ashwagandha, so since this product, Mind Lift from the Wellness Company, has both, I figured it was worth a try. I'm happy that I did because I really like this product. It gives my mood a little lift, and I've noticed I have been feeling calmer and less likely to react negatively to problems and challenges that arise in my everyday life. This is a two-month supply in a dark plastic bottle. I haven't had any ill effects taking this stuff, but I don't like having to take two capsules per serving. Also, I always prefer to know where my vitamins or supplements are made, as well as where the ingredients are sourced, but none of that information is made readily available to consumers, neither here on Amazon nor on the company's own website. That's a little frustrating--frustrating enough, actually, to knock a star off the rating. Four stars, but I do recommend this product.
