I highly recommend this product
This is the absolute best multivitamin I have tried to date. I work with kids who are CONSTANTLY sick and since I started taking this I have rarely gotten sick. I think the anti-inflammatory properties of it work quite well too. I am 50 years old and have tired many different vitamins. Cost is a bit on the higher side, but it is worth it in my opinion. Great product.

How well they work.
I started taking this because I was lacking something in my system. My legs hurt so bad when I would wake. Since taking these my legs have gotten much better until I ran out. It’s on automatic order now.

Definitely take with food
I felt a sore throat coming on, took this and no more. I only got nauseous when I took 2 pills AFTER eating. I took 2 in the middle of a heavy lunch and did not get nauseous. I think you need to have a lot of food with it or maybe just do 1 pill. I found this worthy of ordering regularly.

Helps with Cedar Fever
This was so helpful during Austin’s cedar fever season. I couldn’t tolerate antihistamines and so I tried this and I tell you I’m gonna start taking it earlier before cedar season happens because it’s fantastic.

Best cold fighting remedy there is
If I take this 3 times a day, for 2 days, as soon as I start sneezing, I can knock out any cold before it started. I can’t remember the last time I got sick. The stuff is pure gold.
