It doesn’t smell or taste like anything, which is great for those with iron deficiency anemia. I was skeptical on taking iron pills because most people say it smells and tastes bad, but that’s iron sulfate. Iron glycinate/aspartate is better on the stomach AND absorbs better. The only trade off is it’s a little more expensive.

It is good. I could give it 5 stars , but I had been so constipated since I am taking it.
