Good State Liquid Ionic Calcium (96 servings at 144 mg elemental, plus 2 mg fulvic acid - 8 fl oz)

My calcium was a little low and I heard the pills didn't work real well. I just got another blood test and its well within normal range. Tastes horrible. Half cap a day is what I am doing in water or juice.

My minerals have been messed up for awhile now, and at times I wake up in the night with leg or hip pain. I find that if I take 1/2 t. (2.5 mls) in some water, within 30 minutes the pain has subsided, and that tells me that I need to start taking the calcium along with the other 2 two major minerals, mag and pot. Sodium I can get easily through food. Although I read that too much sodium depletes calcium, so I have to be careful with that mineral as well to try to keep my calcium up to par. Anyway, it is a constant battle to find a balance, but when calcium is needed, this is a very quick fix. Also they are now recommending that you separate your calcium and magnesium as they antagonists (cancelling each other out), although they work together for balance in the body. So I just make sure to take them a couple of hours apart. As for the taste, YUK!, just like my other powdered or liquid minerals, but small price to pay for effectiveness. Just take them mixed in more water. No biggy.

I saved this until I ran out of my other ionic mineral brand so I missed my return window by less than a week. This doesn't just taste bad, it tastes awful like something is wrong. Exactly like a wet rag that was left out too long and got a bit mildewy/moldy. I'm unable to continue using it at all.

The taste is beyond awful: think salt mixed with acetone. I did dilute this but for the large amounts of calcium I need I simply can't stomach using this product. The product did arrive quickly. I have no issues with the seller whatsoever - but I can't believe people actually promote using this product.

With my family history of osteoporosis, I know how important it is to get adequate calcium. However, I have a very difficult time with calcium supplements in pill form. They're hard to swallow and seem to sit in my stomach like a rock. I was thrilled to find this liquid ionic calcium supplement in the elemental form, as recommended by my physician. It's so easy to take. I just add it to my Oj, or water. And, it doesn't contain any yucky UN- natural flavorings. This is the perfect way to get my daily dose of calcium. And, it was delivered promptly.

I added this to my daily drinking water to get extra calcium. Worked well.

This is said to be really helpful for optimal health. It is the most vile tasting stuff I have ever used, and I have used hundreds of supplements.

Good assimilation

Very easy to take in comparison to tablets of equivalent strength, a serving is just half a capful, and the bottle will last a very long time so is excellent value. The taste isn't very pleasant, but diluted with enough water it's palatable, and hardly detectable in a small glass of fruit juice. I can't really comment on the efficacy of this, as I take calcium as a preventative measure against oesteoperosis post menopause, but I'm hopeful this formula surpasses tablet form for bioavailability.

I have the Magnesium and Zinc version of this due to the fact that the gut on average only absorbs 10% of pills and vitamins that come in pill form. I put all 3 in a small glass of real pure orange juice and down the hatch. Tastes like salty orange lol but does the job.

I have to take this in Ionic form but boy does it feel like torture. The first one I bought from Good State had a neutral taste which I didn't really notice and also had an eye dropper for ease of delivering dosage. This tastes bad and has no eye dropper. I need the calcium so I have to take it otherwise I would stop honestly. 4 stars based purely on its benefits to your health. If I had to rate taste and lack of eye dropper 3 stars. Despite that at the price it is if you can ignore the little negatives it's worth it.

this stuff is, no doubt, the most disgusting tasting stuff I have ever come across. It is impossible to drink and therefore has gone in the bin.

Lovely product!!! The only form of Calcium I can consume without making me sick. An unreplaceable option for people with allergies and intolerances who cannot take tablets.
