one side is a very soft fibre Kapok - which is also known as silk cotton.

Kapok fiber is a natural plant fiber that comes from the Kapok tree (Ceilbapentandra) – a tree that grows in the rainforest.
Kapok fiber is perfectly breathable and clean, contains great thermoinsulating properties,very light and soft.
Good insulating properties. In winter it keeps the warmth in, while in summer it prevents the heat.
The kapok fibre contains a substance / bitter tasting compound/ that prevent insects and micro-organisms to thrive - have anti-bacterial properties.
Kapok fibre is hydrophobic (water-repellent) because the fibres are coated with a thin layer of natural wax.
the other side is with Spelt husk- Certified by the authorities for organic certification: At-Bio-301 , BIOSUISSE Organic.
- The spelt husks offer support and retain warmth while allowing air to circulate freely.
- Spelt husk has a high silica content, which is very beneficial for the body and general well-being.
- Spelt husks are free-flowing and adapt perfectly to the shape of the head and neck.
