I have frequent redness and flushing in my cheeks, and this cream seems to be taking it down a notch or two. I like the price point. I use it daily as part of my overall routine, after cleansing and using a serum. I put moisturizer over top of this cream, and then foundation. I have not had any problems with pilling of my foundation. I don't use a lot, so I think this is a good value. I like that I can apply just Azelaic acid to my problem areas rather than a cream that contains a lot of other stuff, along with Azelaic acid. I have had no negative reactions from this cream. It absorbs welI without irritation. I will buy this again when my tube runs out.

My skin is hyper sensitive and easily tolerates this product. Sometimes the product causes my skin to tingle right after applying it but then the tingling stops and the magic begins. I’ve experienced remarkable results in just a week! My redness from rosacea has diminished and large pores are less noticeable. I anticipate “age spots” on my face will be less noticeable in time. My skin glows like it did when I was in my 20’s! I’m now in my early 70’s. I apply it to my clean face at night then gently cleanse my face in the AM. I have used another product with similar ingredients & it also works well. However, I prefer the applicator tip on this product, which makes it easier to apply. So after trying both products, I will probably re-order this product because of the applicator tip.

The product works for my perioral dermatitis (self diagnosed). It is delivered in a nifty package, easy to dispense. It is not greasy and absorbs well. Good product all around.

Started to get cystic acne on my chin area. This was recommended and I have been using for about 4 weeks. Has greatly reduced my breakouts and has not dried out my skin.

Listen, I can’t explain it bc everything about it screams scammy. No ingredient list, the wording isn’t written grammatically correct, this one said it was 15%, but when I ordered it again ordering 2 instead of one, it matched the image of 14%. Like I said: all odd, all sketchy*HOWEVER*Since I started using it my skin has never looked better! It is even in texture, skin tone, and looks clearer than ever. Not to mention my skin looks plumper which has virtually made my areas of concern (smile lines and elevens between my eyebrows) look so much less noticeable. I know it is a combination of everything else I do, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the distance since starting to use this stuff.First pic is from 7 months ago. Arrived in good condition but not sure about this product. I see no difference changes or improvements on my face except when applying, the texture is sticky.

I got this for my hyperpigmentation and it is slowly getting better. Doesn’t bother my skin or break me out. So I am on my second tube

This no name brand sold a 12% cream that was great. That one isn't available anymore so I tried the 14% one. This one is totally different. It's thick, oily, and smells bad--like diaper cream. It doesn't absorb well and it seems to leave a residue on my face. I don't like using it for those reasons. I wish I had not bought the 2-pack. Looks like I'll be switching to something else because azelaic acid is the only thing that has worked for my acne. I would not recommend this particular cream though.
