Perfect fit and looks great. It's an exact size of my old thermostat plate. So I didn't need to do paint touch ups like I would have with the one that came from Nest.

My old nest thermostat was discontinued by Google and I was forced to get rid of it. The new Nest thermostat didn’t fill up all the space of old one and the old paint color was underneath. This fit the new Nest thermostat perfectly and filled in the space I needed it to. I’m thankful this product exists.

I ordered this knowing that my old thermostat was big and there might be holes or old paint lines cover. However the newer Nest thermostats come with their own plate so I didn’t end up using this one. It is very nice so if you need one, I suggest it.

Love how it can be operated from a phone app, connects with other smart devices and has so many functions, precise settings.

This plate fits well and looks good with our new thermostat. The color and shape were a plus.

I needed a bigger back plate since the 4th gen nest back plate had rounded corners and when you replace the 1st or 2nd gen back plates it leaves unpainted areas exposed. This was just big enough to cover the unpainted area when I removed the previous backplate.
