Looks nice but poor quality. Screw threads are too long so chair is wobbly. Also no instructions.

Nice chair but with poor finishing. The included pillow is tiny and doesn't match the one in the pictures. Arm pocket is not included. It's not good for sitting on it for a long period of time. I would give credit to the easy assembly but there is not manual. So it might be challenging for some people.

One of the worst products I have received from Amazon. The colour doesn’t match, the extra backrest cushion is a different size and the hand rests rails are already rusted at the bottom. The cloth underneath is very thin and has been torn crudely to make holes so the stand of the chair can be screwed in. That’s not even the worst part - the product was sent without an instruction manual or option to pay for assemblage during purchase. Very disappointed. 0 stars

The screws are so difficult to screw into the metal part of the chair. I don’t understand. And with the Allan key they provided us, it’s not even useful because I screwed too hard and it broke. Now I’ve to get another Allan key from another shop but it’s still not even working. Honestly they should look into the holes for this chair because obviously it’s not working

It’s slippery when sitting. Not comfortable at all. If they change to fabric would be nice. Now I can’t use it at all.

So good color is not exactly same but quality is good for that price worth it
