Received an empty mix container. The two parts that need to be mixed together. One came totally empty. The box was opened and could not be used. Waste of my money.

This is a touch-up kit so don't expect a full head coloring. This kit is easy to use and gives quick results. Make sure you follow the instructions and it should be easy. I let it more than the recommended 10 minutes because I have very difficult gray hair that are usually not covering very well. The results will depend on the extent of your gray hairs or roots you want to cover. For me it was a quick solution, but not long lasting.
