Hydra-Cool Serum, Refreshing and Hydrating Skin Face Serum, Anti-Blemish, Anti-Redness, 1 Fl Oz

I love this product, its like a drink for your skin. Its expensive but definitely a must have if you've sensitive, reactive, combination skin. I still use a light weight (pai) moisturiser over it but the serum seems to strengthen and brighten the surface of the skin, particularly through the winter. It also has a calming effect which you feel when you apply it. I've been using it on the children's skin after washing- they have typical teenage skin. I would recommend this product.

Empty packaging delivered without the product. I love this product and use it twice a day, re-ordering every few months from Amazon, however on this occasion the product is missing entirely from the packaging. Next steps per Amazon guidance is to return the empty box and hopefully await a refund. Assuming hopefully no issue there, I’ll be out of pocket £100 and re-order this from the official IS clinical store to avoid it happening again.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The image shows the 30ml bottle with pump dispenser, but when I opened it I was surprised to see it was a dropper style bottle. Feel the image is purposefully misleading. Very disappointed.

I love the product But probably using to much now as have to remove complete lid to use

I bought this product from my skincare specialist twice in a row before I thought I'd save myself some money and buy off amazon. Within a week of using it I had completely broken out which has never happened before with this product. I didn't change anything else in my skincare routine and it wasn't hormonal. Will not be purchasing skincare products off amazon again.
