On my second bottle. This brought my Vitamin D from 32 to 56 in only two months! I am very happy and love that it has MK-7 as K2 and in a good dosage for the amount of Vit D. I feel good on it, not anxious or jittery. These are excellent quality and easy to swallow because they are smaller capsules. No taste. And absorb very quickly. Loving these!

They do smell kind of weird and they are large pills but easy to swallow. They taste like nothing if you take them with water. Not badly priced in comparison.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered this product from Doctors Best. We used to take the D3 & K2 separately, so when we saw them in one pill, we jumped at the chance and have been impressed with the quality and ease of swallowing the pills.

The capsules are great, I feel more energetic, and my nails and hair are changing.
