My wife has been riding this bike for months around our neighborhood. It's perfect. Great value, and durably built. It's a cute design.Upon initially setting it up, there was a lock that was missing key, and a pedal that had a loose nut in the assembly. I contacted customer support through Amazon, and the seller helpfully responded and mailed out a new lock assembly and pedal assembly. Those minor issues were perfectly resolved by the seller, and there have been no problems since.And for our 17 lb Shih Tzu, we added: Retrospec Apollo Bike Basket, found on Amazon

I’m really enjoying this bike so far. I did have to take it to a bike repair shop to have it assembled but that’s only because I didn’t trust myself to assemble it properly. It took me a while to learn to fold and unfold the bike seamlessly but I finally got it and now it’s really easy. I drive a compact sedan so I’m still debating on if I’m going to get a bike rack. The only way it’ll fit into my car is if I fold it on its side which is apparently terrible for the brake chain (which is very loud when the bike is accelerating). Overall I’m happy with the bike and how it looks and for the value

The quality is great and the important parts are protected well inside the package. Most of the hard installation steps were well done, so it's easy to finish the rest steps by a woman myself. My teenage daughter is very grateful to have her new bike.

super fast shipping, great communication with the seller! i bought the bike to commute around campus and the bike is exactly like the pictures. the only thing you should consider is the type of bike it is, it’s a cruiser bike so it’s pretty heavy but the 7 gears makes it easier than single gear cruisers but it’s still hard to go up hills. (might be a personal issue, as i’m not very strong)

I do recommend watching the video on how to assemble the bike. The bike is so pretty. Folding it is simple and easy. I'm giving it a 4 because of the weight limit. The description on Amazon says 330 lbs. The instructions that came with the bike says 220 lbs. On the tires it says 176 lbs. I have the tires at almost max psi and it does feel like I'm over the weight limit at 250 lbs.
