Defective product
It completely stopped working and won’t charge any device. I hardly used it and it’s not repairable. Very disappointing.

Overheats and slower than claimed
Advertised charging speed is misleading. It does not deliver the claimed fast charging. Both the power bank and phone get very hot during use, which raises safety concerns.
