No. For controllers, the bandwidth of these three types is sufficient. The resolution mainly depends on the sampling precision of the backend MCU

Q: Is the power consumption of the TMR joystick much lower than the Hall joystick?

If just the sensor, TMR is lower.

Q: Why AKNES TMR is not compatible with Xbox Elite/Xbox One?

Because there are no good softwares/tools available to perform joysticks calibration.
