People with a western diet need Vitamin K2
These vitamins are reasonably priced and come in a handy resealable pouch. They are easy to swallow and are necessary to activate Vitamin D in the body. As I do not absorb vitamin D these tablets are very important for me and help alleviate many of the symptoms I suffer as a result of Hashimoto's disease.

Disintegrating tablets
These tablets disintegrate in the pack. Previous purchases have been ok but not this latest batch, lot number 21774. There's something wrong with them.

Very useful dosage
This is such a good dosage for anyone who takes high dose vitamin D3, it cuts down the amount of tablets to take - and they are easy to swallow. Will definitely order again from this supplier.
