Great phone
Phone easy to set up and transfer to from old phone. I find the typeset clearer. Was up and running virtually as soon as arrived. Initially charging seemed to take ages but bought fast charger and fully charged in about 2.5hrs. All other chargers said slow but this one shows fast charge. Phone is great size and easy to use if lasts 3 to 5 years its a bargain. Also sound clarity is better than old Motorola. Overall great budget buy and very happy with it. 5 stars.

I bought the Galaxy A16 (A165) as a backup phone, but it honestly performs better than I expected! For the price, you get a lot: 128GB of storage, decent 4GB RAM, and a battery that easily lasts all day.It runs smoothly for everyday stuff—WhatsApp, YouTube, emails, light gaming—and I haven’t had any lag unless I’m running multiple apps at once. The screen is decent, not flagship quality, but bright and clear enough for videos and browsing.Camera is okay, nothing amazing, but works fine in good lighting. Night shots are average, which is expected at this price.Great choice if you want a reliable budget phone that doesn’t feel super cheap. Samsung knows how to make an affordable device that still feels polished.

Bought it for my 12 yr old. Great phone. Easy to use, fast, battery can last a long time depending on usage. I would recommend.

Affordable excellent basic smartphone. Not a top speed multimedia device but I don't want that.
I want a basic smartphone.I don't use payments or banking.I don't use multimedia.Juts phone, messaging and 2FA stuff with some map or timetable apps.So I buy a Samsung A-series. This is a renewal from an A02S (which cost me £125 in 2021), and should give me 4 years Android upgrades and 5 years Android security patches - which works out at £20 pa.Nice big screen in case I start going partially sighted.I shelled out for a siglen bump case and a stick-on glass protector.Happy.
