-Product Quality and Colours are good.-Packaging was poor from Amazon but no scratches or any damages.-Cost is very high compared to quality and branding.-Both side handles are delicate but, trolley materials, wheels are sturdy and smooth.-Overall product is good but not excellent cause of high price tag compared to other well-known available brand's.

Have travelled for 4 business trips abroad with the entire setfilled with material to the brim (heavy 35kg which is 12kg above 23kg limit)but no complaints so far (no breakage)scratches wont go, finish and color are decenton overloading the handle and wheels go shaky but that's OKinterior cloth and netting material is subpar

I was absolutely impressed on the packaging and delivery of this trolley. I was skeptical due to couple of other -ve reviews but to my surprise this was delivered a lot better than my in-store purchase of similar items.Quality and built also looks better though it is little heavy (~4.5 kg as mentioned) and wheel quality also looks sturdy though it is single (4x1) wheels.Overall I am happy with this purchase and expecting the trolley to be reliable.

The trolly looks very premium and built with high quality polycarbonate. The only concern would be the weight of the trolley. This weighs around 4.5kg to 5kg (77cm trolly). However it's still worth the product as it's just aprox 1 or 2 kgs more than any polypropylene bag that is available in the market.

We just bought it, it's a brand new product.. on our recent travel to Bangalore I've faced this issue of trolley handle defective .. it's not going back once you pulled it up... It's under warranty but again you need to go to very far distance to deposit this & again after few days you have to go & pick it up. In just few weeks of purchase if we are facing this... I don't know how many times this will going to happen. Very bad product

The actual produc is better than the images present. The pattern and color looks better than the images too.Wheels quality is great, although I am disappointed to have only 1 wheel array instead of dual wheels. Having said that, the overall quality is great and feels sturdy.The company mentions this as scratch proof, but the design makes even the small scratches pop out in my opinion. The product was delivered with a couple of minor scratches, which aren't that visible, but again, as I said, pops out from the design texture for me.

We used this suitcase Safari Crypto 77 cm for air travels. It proved its quality of scratch resistance and rough handling. It carried the distributed load on both sides well and rollerswere just incredible. The suitcase is exactly as shown in ad.
