Great product works really well. I have been taking this product for several months and can honestly say I’m sleeping much better. I chew two each night and receive a minimum of 8 hrs rest. Highly recommend this product.

Overall, these Gummies are really good and I would probably buy them again. I do like them in terms of sleep quality, and ingredients. I really Love the mix of ingredients that they provide in addition to melatonin. However, I gave them four stars bc they are very sticky and a bit too sweet tasting.

I have these on subscription because they are so good. The perfect blend of vitamins and minerals. They don't force you to sleep but they do make it a lot easier. They taste great too!

I have had sleep issues and don’t have many dreams - people should dream. I started taking this and the doze effect happens within 30min. It has a berry type flavor I’m not a fan of but it’s not bad by any means. This magic mix is on my subscription. Dreams are kinda crazy some days but I love that I’m able to reach that sleep state MUST TRY

Pros: I slept for 4 hours in between waking up, which is a vast improvement from waking up every 30 minutes. It doesn’t have any concerning ingredients or alarming/unexpected side effects I only use it once or twice a week so for me, very cost efficient. Cons: The more you use it the less effective it is. For the most part I use it as a last resort if I’m having an exceptionally horrible night and not as a part of my routine. After using it a week straight it was doing nothing for me. It says clean ingredients, but the first two ingredients listed are sugar and corn syrup. Better than some stuff, but still not great for you. It makes me fall asleep and stay asleep for longer, but a big reason I struggle with sleep is the nightmares, and I think these worsen those. At the very least it makes it to where I can’t wake up during a nightmare, and at most I have more nightmares when I take it. So yes, it makes me sleep, but it’s not restful or peaceful sleep. I feel SO groggy and drugged the next day. Not the kind of groggy to where I could just sleep all day, the kind where I’m awake but I’m just in a fog. Is it worth it? Depends. It’s good to have something up my sleeve I know will make me get a little sleep. Has it potentially saved me from sleep deprived insanity and hallucinations occasionally? Yeah, probably. Is it a miracle that cures my insomnia or makes me sleep like a normal human? Does it give me peaceful dreams? No. So it just depends on how desperate you are and what you consider success.

These do not work at all. I took the recommended dosage, but they didn’t do a thing. I was awake all night. Save your money and find something else. Zzzquil works a lot better.
