It's hard for me to give a review on this tea because I'm not able to drink it. I read all the benefits to ashwagandha and jumped to ordering this tea. Unfortunately after looking it up I find out I can't take it with a medication I'm currently taking. I was so looking forward to trying this. I highly recommend you double check to see if this is safe for you.
