not impressed, only 5600mhz ram speed can be set on this cpu for 128GB, NO XMP possible
not impressed, MC, memory controller on cpu for the ram, for crucial 128gb (4 module x 32gb) cannot be set higher than 5600mhz, My memory are 6000Mhz, but this expensive cpu won't go over the lower ram speed. If you activate the XMP on the bios of the motherboard, cpu refuse to start, so at the end 6000mhz is not supported on the CPU, as the memory Controller is too week , i'm guessing who gonna put 256 ram, what speed expected to set on the ram 1000 mhz? ridiculous. for £500 I was expecting a better product.... the issue is on the intel cpu, not matter the motherboard/Bios firmware...
