This product is very powerful. I take two capsules in the morning and feel the effects rapidly. I’m more focused and energized to accomplish all my work. This magnesium does not seem to make my stomach upset. I have to take 3 tablets to avoid cramps. It does NOT eliminate cramps but definitely reduces the occurrences.

I have an extra beat on my heart, it’s not serious, but does bother me. And I was researching something to help with my symptoms. I found out about magnesium and its role for the heart, and I wasn’t taking any magnesium at that moment. And, we don’t produce naturally in our body. So, okay I need magnesium. But also I need something without fillings or excipients (if I am choosing a natural choice, doesn’t make any sense to buy one with those). I came across this one and decided to give a try. I’ve been taking for 2 weeks and today I realized that I am not feeling as much bothered from the extra beat as I was before. I’m sleeping better, with better mood, and feeling overall… good!
