I purchased the KD ZONE Inflatable and Adjustable Cervical Neck Traction Device and Collar Brace a few months ago but only just opened the box today when I actually needed to use it. To my disappointment, I discovered that the product is defective — air leaks from the inner side, making it completely unusable. This is clearly a manufacturing issue, not a result of wear and tear. I hadn’t even used the device once — just removed it from the box for the first time today. Selling products with such poor quality control is completely unacceptable. I’m requesting either a full refund or a replacement immediately. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will record and post a video of the defect across social media and online forums to warn other potential buyers. This is not just an inconvenience — it’s a serious failure in quality and reliability. I strongly advise others to test the product as soon as it arrives, and frankly, to think twice before purchasing it at all.

This product is not lost more that 20-25 cycles. If you full blown the item, immediately it will give ways to air and you connot figure out where from the leak. Ultimately you have throw it out.

Received Product different from picture shown on Amazon website. 1. Inside portion of collar does not have velvet finish. 2. Inlet tube is different. 3. Velcro / strap quality is poor. 4.Release valve is different and poor quality.

Kindly replace air is leaking even after the is applied kindly do needful and oblige 😊
