I purchased the Airdope Loops with high expectations, especially with the claim of a 50-hour battery backup. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but disappointing. After fully charging the earbuds to 100%, I checked the battery level on my phone to confirm it was at full capacity. To my shock, the earbuds died within just 40 minutes of use! The marketing claim of 50 hours of playback is an outright lie. While I must admit the fit and comfort are excellent, and I truly admire the design, the product's functionality leaves much to be desired. The battery backup is a big ZERO, and it makes the earbuds practically unusable for longer periods. Adding to the frustration is the connectivity issue. Connecting the earbuds to my phone was a struggle. One earbud would connect, while the other refused to pair consistently. Despite following the manual instructions and spending a lot of time troubleshooting, I couldn't get them to work reliably. It was an exhausting and futile effort. Overall, my experience has been terrible. This product feels like a scam – a poorly executed gimmick. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Airdope Loops. It’s a waste of money and effort, and I regret buying it. Rating: ⭐ (1/5)

Amazing Product...If you use, you will forget that you were wearing. Little hard to start...

I had high hopes for these Boat earphones, but this has been one of the worst product experiences I’ve had on Amazon. One earbud completely stopped working within 6 months. I thought, “No problem, it’s under warranty.” But when I reached out to claim it, the support team rejected my claim saying there were scratches on the product. Really? You’re telling me that normal wear and tear makes the warranty invalid? This is completely unacceptable. Scratches from everyday use are expected — it’s not like I dropped or damaged the earphones. If Boat is going to find such silly reasons to deny warranty claims, they might as well not offer one at all. Extremely disappointed. Waste of money. I won’t be buying from Boat again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Dont go for it

I enjoy a good sound experience with music. And I've only found some extremely expensive brands able to provide the experience. For the places where I need to use the best of the rest, I always suggest Boats TWS. This is loop Airdopes Boat line. And it performs admirably under all conditions. Voice Calls, YouTube, Video calls, WhatsApp calls, Mobile games. I'd highly appreciate the sound quality and the spatial variability given in the buds. At the same time please be aware that the app has a function and you will appreciate the sound much more of you take the time to tweak it to your liking. The issue is with the battery life of the case. Its a bit low for my liking. Approximately 2 days and then it reaches zero. However, let me also say that the buds themselves keep on going well past the 5 day mark themselves. And that the best part. The case can be charged at my leisure, even when I get lost with the buds themselves. Highly recommended and appreciated

Poor product Not connecting to my device via Bluetooth. Very poor service from Boat on their website. Does not give proper drop downs for refund or replacement. Absolutely poor and will never purchase Boat products again

When you receive this product, take out the buds and remove the thin plastic film sticked on the bigger tip of the buds and then only these buds will charge themselves in the case, if you don't remove the plastic then the buds won't get charged and will not work. When I received the product and I opened it the birds were not working and I thought that the product is defective but then my friend noticed a thin plastic film on the bigger tip of both buds. He removed it and asked me to put the buds back in the case for charging and then they started working.
