I have neuropathy in my hands, and most everything hurts these days, including slicing my favorite artisan sourdough bread. I tried an electric knife, but I had to press just as hard as with my regular serrated knife. Then I found this! It slices right through with so little effort! I also love that it's long enough to align through the slats in my bread slicer (when I bother to get it out), so I get even slices. It's attractive, effective, and a bargain at the price. I love it!

Works very well, has a nice feel when holding it, and has stayed sharp, the extra length in also usefull when cutting larger objects.

I purchased this bread knife for home baked sourdough bread. Great quality and extremely sharp. Love the tooth spacing as it reduces crumb waste. The overall length of the blade being 10.5” makes it great for larger artisan bread loaves. Great overall construction.

A nice size bread knife. Cuts a clean slice and not too heavy to hold. Good price for a decent knife.

A specialized long "saw-tooth" knife for cutting specialty breads like sourdough. The length lets you saw lightly yet cut cleanly through a thick or tough crust of artisan-type bread. Quality metal and handle. Just check that the length will fit in your knife storage location.
