I bought this to try as I suffer with fibromyalgia, chronic neck & back pain from an injury many years ago. Looking over my left shoulder has always been tight and painful. After using this item a few times, I was able to look over my left shoulder much easier than I have been able to for years. I feel more relaxed too. It’s now being recommended on YouTube for fibromyalgia patients and it’s definitely worth getting.

Ordered this as a bashed box, new item. The item has obviously been used and has sweat marks on the pads, was not in working order. Contacted amazon and the seller. Seller was unapologetic. The item is cheap plastic which feels brittle. Go elsewhere if you're buying this item. Save yourself any hassle.

I've had persistent neck pain for almost 4 years now due to domestic strain of pushing prams, lifting kids, and being hunched over looking at my phone. It's had me in tears and desperation, will I ever get through a day without pain? I'm happy to write that this machine, works for me. I've had it a week and I haven't gone to bed with a chronically sore neck. I must say though, the neck hole is narrow. I'm blessed with a Swan like neck and its comfy for me. Anything more chunky might be uncomfortable, and if you've got a thic neck like Corey Taylor from slipknot, I recommend you look elsewhere. The settings all vary in technique, i have never taken it past level 10 but if you live wild, then go for it.

Got it back in August. When I first used it I noticed that not all the pads touched my neck when I placed it on. I saw that the shape of the device was off and the plastic of the two bottom pads was warped a bit, making them lean more to the right. Meant that the right bottom pad wasn’t touching my neck properly. I just used a head bandana to wrap it while on. That way all the pads where touching my neck when in use. This went well when I used it in the morning and at night. Definitely recommend using something like aloe vera on the pads to help with the process. The only way you’ll know if it needs charging is when the voice says battery low and dies while in use. Doesn’t take long to charge though. It’s simple enough to use and whether it made a difference I can’t say this early as I use other stretching techniques to help as well, but it was pleasant to use. Only problem I have now is that it’s possible the structure of the one I got was weak to begin with, especially that warped look, as the device is now breaking apart. The plastic on the top of the device, to the middle, has cracked and the left side is about to break off. A bit gutted. Think I’ll try another style of device like this, but something a bit more solid in construction. Not bad for a first try with a device like this.

I bought this as my neck and shoulders were very tight due to stress. I found it really helped to release the tension.

Only received it the other day I have used it once so far. Seems to do what it says. Will have to try it a few times to see if it actually works properly. Hopefully it will be. Reasonable price. Delivery fairly quick. It is quite small so not for people with a slightly over normal size neck.

Item charging point does not work. So I used it once and can’t use it again.
