After having upgraded my iPhone to a later model, I had to change the Lightning connector on my car stereo for a USB-C one, but none of my existing cables worked for CarPlay as they don’t support data transmission, only power. This cable did the trick - I now have CarPlay working with my new phone. A minor gripe is that these don’t come in black, which would have been more aesthetically pleasing in the car, but that is just being picky - they do the job and are good value, especially for a pair of them.

These absolutely do not work with an iphone 17 and carplay. The only cables that work with carplay are genuine apple cables that are bought on the apple website.

So far so good, only reason it’s a 4* and not a 5* is , I’ve not used for long so don’t know how sturdy and robust they are

Failed after a couple of months. My iPhone would not charge with these cables. Kept saying there was moisture in BOTH cables, but the cables had never left my desk. The genuine Apple cable, stored in the same place as these cables, had no problems. Save your money, unless you want to keep replacing these eveery couple of months.

These cables are not compatible with iPhone 16 and car play. I believe it’s to do with the data transfer capacity, as an alternative cable worked just fine from a different manufacturer. These are most definitely not MFi certified. Avoid!

I wouldn’t even give it one star! One of the wire charges my iPhone 15 plus on and off every second to the point it will damage your phone and the second wire does not charge at all. Two different wire and both broken. Unacceptable. Quality is absolutely shocking.

This is the only cord I've purchased that hasn't been faulty for my 2019 Lexus UX250h. Great quality and the length is substantial as well. I haven't had any connectivity issues with it since I've purchased it (about a week), whereas most products I've purchased would have had issues with Carplay within a day.
