10/10 every time life is running me down (and my adhd makes me miss most of my peptide goals naturally) this is amaaaazing. When I was at my most burnt out, this little miracle could be felt doing its magic within the hour! Though I’m much healthier now and don’t get that immediate crackhead energy (honestly it just felt like the best energy drink in the world without the side effects), but I am definitely still seeing recovery, sleep and Gastro issues improve expeditiously.I dropped a 25 plate on my foot at the gym, it’s been a week. Bruising is pretty much gone now- it’s quite cool actually. I’m also curious as to why I didn’t break anything LOL.Aaaand although, I do miss the red capsules they used to come in, I have hope they’ll change it back to something cooler ( can’t pretend I’m in the matrix anymore 😩)Either way, this is my third time using this supplier. It's 2 weeks in:I have tried high end 1000mcg and was amazed at the results. I decided to try this as it was a little more value for money after my 4 week cycle.- I am a professional martial arts teacher and train 2 - 3 times per week at the gym. Reoccurring back pain, elbow and hip issues have stopped my weight training.Just 2 weeks in. I've seen a marked difference in the pain and range of movement of my joints. Most certainly feel a lot more strength coming back and hardly any pain where I was taking painkillers most days.Personal feelings is that there is a lot to be said for these peptides. Very pleased with delivery time and the quality of packaging and pills. Added amino acid seem to be beneficial to my muscle mass as well, which has been an added benefit to the lower mcg.

Suffered a lot over the last few years with knee pain, inflammation. Been prescribed painkillers but as with anything, over time they stopped working. Having heard about BPC157 from a friend I decided to take the plunge. A little bit of research I came across samuals health.Gave myself a full week before writing my review to be as honest as possible.Two tablets a day first thing in the morning on an empty stomach,easily swallowed with a full glass of water, after the second day I noticed tingling around the injured knees, didn't think too much about it just got on with the day. Now on day 7 and what a transformation it's been, 50% less pain, standing up easier and walking longer.Long may it continue.The tablets are easy to swallow and the quality seems to be superb with zero taste.These are only the 200mg ones, once gone I'm seriously going to try the 500mg.Thanks Samuel health.

I was looking into the benefits of BPC 157. Mainly for gut health and inflammation.I've been following a FODMAP diet / a modified keto diet to try to improve my gut health, without much success.This product has certainly made a noticeable difference.I've been taking 1 daily in the morning for now.I notice less gut pain, less inflammation and lower blood pressure.I would like to see more information about this particular BPC 157 product printed on the packet.

Good value for money, doesn't taste, easy to use, helps with my joints and good quality

My new go to!I use this twice a day, as recommended, and my gym related aches literally stopped after second night.I'm 45yr old bloke..likes the gym. Has done for years. I started to feel regular aches from years of not warming up!I conduct 140kg squats, dips and skull crushers. If you know these, you know they put pressure on your joints. I use straps to assist...but this stuff really helps me...I wake up feeling refreshed without the dull aches I have previously

Hadn't used this brand before but from reading positive reviews I felt it worth a try. I have been taking these for about two weeks and have noticed a minor laxative effect. It hasn't caused any other issues for me and as yet not seen the effectiveness of the other benefits or improved my sleep. I was impressed with the list of ingredients and it is advertised as a food supplement, however felt at full price they are a bit pricey and for that reason I gave it a four star rating. The packaging on the back that the capsules are manufactured in a facility and lists the allergens. The quality of the capsules are good, the size is easy to take and you get 60 in a resealable bag which is a months supply.

Am "researching" these for a quad tendon tear. They have 250 mcg per capsule, the capsules are a pretty standard size, so easy to swallow, you take 2 a day and just have the standard capsule taste. it appears good quality.No side effects to report after 3 days, and my injury has less pain and appears to be regaining mobility. Standard recovery is 6 to 12 weeks, so If less than that I will update my review regarding effectiveness.Happy with it at the moment!
