I am a gamer, teach online courses, and am a writer, so I spend ludicrous amounts of time at my desk. I wanted comfort, and this chair really is wonderfully stable, comfortable, and customizable. I love that it rocks and reclines easily. It feels like an amalgam of office chair (firmness) and quality living room rocker (function/shape). I'm also 340 pounds and 5'9", so I needed a heavy duty chair. I am an hourglass even at my weight, so my hips are about 65" around. This makes most chairs with arms a challenge. Listen, the arms of this chair don't press on me at all. Without the cushion, I don't love the way the sides press on me -- it isn't small, just not shaped like me -- but the cushion corrects it. I like it with the big end up to accommodate my big bottom and the small of my back better. My spouse doesn't like lumbar or cervical supports ever and has predictably removed his, and now likes the fit. The only problem for me is that I really am not tall enough for a perfect fit. The headrest feels better tucked behind my neck and I need to pull it down to get it perfectly situated (easy to do! Just being real). And the seat itself is sufficiently elevated that I am going to want a footrest for long periods in the chair. As it is, I am resting my toes on the ground and popping my heels up. If you are tall or especially long-legged, this chair is perfectly built for you. (My brother was 6'9"; I am making an informed assessment.) One more nice thing -- the armrests are delightfully customizable and they fit under my desk. Hooray! One con: it will need time to offgas the unholy memory foam stink. It's nothing gross about this product specifically, just the way fresh memory foam reeks. Whoof. Review: This is a Gaming THRONE! - This is the 4th gaming chair that I have owned and it is by FAR the most comfortable, adjustable, and functional. It is very easy to assemble and takes around 20-30 mins if you follow the easy to read and understand instructions. Everything that you need to assemble this item is included and the pre drilled screw holes are very clean and well machined. Unlike other chairs that Ive assembled this KILLABEE chairs upholstery does not obstruct or interfere with the screws being screwed into the frame during assembly and KILLABEE even provides a few extra screws which were un-needed. This chair is sturdy beyond belief while maintainig a seriously compfortable experience even when sitting for pro-longed amounts of time. The leather used is very high quality, easy to clean, and durable. The memory foam is is great and comtours to ones bottom side nicely while the removable headrest and lumbar cushon seriously add to the comfort of this amazing chair. This chair is moderately tall when fully raised to accomodate someone well over 6ft tall while maintaing equal accomodations where compfort is concered for those of us who are vertically challenged and are under 5'10. The rocking option of this chair is easily adjustable and can be set to a very lose rocking or a tighter more controlled rocking mode via a large black knob under the chair and the adjustable back of the chair lays down to around 150 degrees making it very easy to take a nap on. The multi functional and adjustible arms leave nothing to be desired as far as finding the perfect position for different activities while sitting in this chair and they are positioned back far enough so that us larger more robust men (I'm 360 Lbs) can sit with our legs comfortably open with out having anything digging into the side of ones legs. The seating pad and frame are FLAT and unlike other gaming chairs that have those annoying and painful wings on each side of the seat. (This is by far my FAVORITE thing about this chair.) And this chair looks AMAZING! It's very stylish and easy to enjoy visually. It offers an added ambiance to those of us who pride ourselves with having attractive areas to work, game, and stream. Finally, price to performance this Gaming THRONE is an absolute Rock Star! We have two other office chairs in our home that I WILL be replacing with KILLABEE chairs. The value is incredible and if they RAISED the price I would still purchase this chair again. I am that impressed! GREAT job KILLABEE! I LOVE my new chair!
