Better than the plain berberine
I have plain berberine from a drug store that causes tummy issues and it also causes my head to feel hungover the next morning. I heard about Dihydroberberine in a Facebook group I’m in and thought I’d give it a try. The Dihydroberberine may be causing slight constipation, so I took the regular berberine yesterday, but woke up today with a hangover headache and realized the Dihydroberberine does not do that to me! I’m hoping my body will adapt to the Dihydroberberine soon and I’m hoping it’ll work for weight-loss. I’ve noticed that I don’t constantly crave food or feel hungry, so it must be doing something!

Love this. My appetite has decreased. My blood sugars have gone from 150’s to 110. Some days it got to the 90’s. I take it with meteor in 2 capsules with 1 meteor in daily. It’s been several weeks.

I think is good but the dose is to high for me, that I had to stop it because I wasn't feeling well.
