GORE WEAR Essence Thermo Halswärmer

21 Rides in the mountains, here's my thoughts. I love gore stuff so what better than a thermal face / neck warmer to help in cold weather as I only cycle on mountain roads and it can be baltic with cutting winds in the winter. Mountains involve climbing obviously so while initially somewhat breathable, condensation reduces this dramatically so you have to pull away from your face to breath, defeating the point of wearing it in the first place. It also retains the moisture which feels cold against your skin. It is uncomfortably tight over your nose. It is however excellent for descending in to a cold breeze and is extremely visible. I have mixed feelings on whether to keep it as the standard neck warmers do a good overall job both climbing and descending This is probably more a commuting item.

Scaldacollo abbastanza spesso, realizzato in pile termico e traspirante, ideale per la corsa nelle giornate di gelo ma ottimo compagno anche per uscite in bici. Il materiale risulta elastico e caldo (fin troppo se non fa abbastanza freddo durante la corsa), robusto mantiene la posizione quando calato su bocca o naso e le cuciture non disturbano. Protegge bene dal vento ed è molto visibile nella versione gialla. Si lava tranquillamente in lavatrice a 30°(meglio con prodotti per capi tecnici, niente ammorbidente). Consigliato.

le bandeau gore est plus chaud, ça évite d'avaler l'air froid dans les descentes ,cyclisme sur route.

Chaud, couleur sympa, solide. J'adore. Facile à repérer à la sortie du lave-linge pour éviter de le mettre dans le sèche linge.

Buenas calidad como corresponde con la marca, no es muy gorda pero abriga lo suficiente, es bastante larga y es agradable de llevar.
