Order came quickly. Wish I had bought it sooner for my husband with COPD. He does use it and it does work to a degree for him. It takes him time as it's hard to breath but it does brings up the mucus. Easy to clean.

Very helpful at clearing mucus out of lungs if used daily! I started will the smallest ball bearing and worked-up until I was using the largest ball bearing and used at 1-2 times per day and it really helped, along with an expectorant, to help dislodge some really stubborn mucus in my lungs. You strengthen your lungs by practicing both inhaling and exhaling. This hunk of junk only allows for 1. Doesn't work well. Just frustrating than helpful

This device is a must have for Restrictive Lung disease patients. My husband has COPD and suffered with a rattling cough that sounded like he needed to clear his throat. It would not improve. Being a nurse for many years, I knew his breathing should be clearer. I was also familiar with the concept of this device. It creates a fluttering air flow exerciser. Within a day or two, his breathing was indeed easier and the rattling cough disappeared and never returned. If you know or love someone with Restrictive Lung disease, this is a must!
