The worst CCTV camera ever. Takes forever to connect to live feed, can’t watch recordings on SD card. Ads come up whenever I tried to connect to it. All it does is to keep promoting to use its paid cloud features and keep paying monthly subscription fee.

We ordered based on our trust in your product. The product is working fine, no issues there, but the fixing fittings shown in the picture were missing. This is very disappointing, as customers are your top priority, and we purchased purely based on that trust. Specifically, the fixing stand for ceilings or walls was not included; we only received a small screwing type item for topping, not for wall or ceiling fixing. This is not acceptable and has caused us great disappointment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) I bought the Maizic camera and initially the product worked fine, but after some time my camera developed a defect. I contacted the customer care/helpline, and I must say their response was supportive and they guided me properly through the process. However, the only disappointing part was that I had to pay for the courier charges to send the defective camera back to the company, which I feel should ideally be covered under warranty. Overall, customer support is helpful, but the after-sales service could be better if they handled the return shipping cost. The product is decent, but this experience affected my satisfact
