Good authentic taste
Good authentic taste, although is quite subtle when in a mixed drink. Tried both in G&T and a Manhattan, used about twice as much as I would with orange bitters for example, to get the flavour to come thru

Nice cherry kick
Lovely stuff, not the very light flavour you get with some other bitters, this really adds cherry to whatever it goes in. Only problem is I use it so much that it disappears faster than all the others! Not just for drinks either, I even used it in home made biscuits to make them chocolate and cherry flavoured.
