Update:Replacement was sent out and it’s working fine. Seller contacted me after I left a poor review and did a great job to correct the problem. Seller sent out a replacement unit at no charge. New unit is working fine.I have to compliment the seller for doing the right thing. Thank you.I changed my review to 5 stars.The replacement unit throws the ball pretty hard. I’m hoping the unit last a long time. Original review =Stopped working on second try . Purchased with gift cards from Christmas. Finally got warm weather with no wind and after 3 balls one of the rotating thrower wheel stopped turning. Turned off and tried again worked for a couple more ball then stopped again.Turned off and figured I’d let it rest. Decided to work on my serve for about 15 minutes. Tried again and the one thrower wheel won’t even turn , unit just dribbles out a ball that falls to the ground. I passed the return window so I’m out of luck. I did read some of the reviews and I shouldn’t purchased this unit or I should have tried it right away and returned it. I waited for better weather. Only got about 7-8 balls thrown properly. I don’t recommend this unit at all. I’m out about 40$.

Great price and it works. However I had to place boxes underneath in order to shoot the balls above the net.

Great ball feeder **for the price**. You must adjust your expectation on this because well, look at the price! Most of the good ball feeder machines are $1000 and up. This little machine will get some of the job done with a lot of tinkering on your part. You can adjust height on the ball, and some spin-ish, but that's about it. Angles are up to you to set up. I would recommend attaching it to a sturdy tripod or adjustable chair to give it different heights. A good tripod will give it more angles and shot options. You might find that your standard balls like franklin x-40s will get jammed and won't feed consistently. Reach out to support, they'll help you fix it. They have a 1 year warranty. Also note: This will only fit 9 balls! Then you'll have to pick it up and feed it in again. You can buy the extension kit, $30 right now, to add more ball capacity, at the risk of being too top heavy. TLDR: For the price, it will feed balls. I recommend elevating it with a chair/tripod. If you don't like tinkering, and want a set it and forget it option, skip it or pay for something better. 3/5 stars product, but 5/5 stars support

I purchased this Furlihong 388PBH Pickleball Machine twice, and unfortunately both units failed within about a week of use. In both cases, the machine stopped throwing balls altogether. The balls began getting stuck inside, may be the internal motor is too weak or not designed to handle this. Initially, I assumed the first failure was a one-off defect, so I returned it and ordered a replacement. The second unit also developed the exact same issue after a similar short period of use. At this point, it’s clear this is a design or quality issue rather than bad luck. I am returning the second machine as well and will be purchasing something else. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

It is a pretty good one for practice, especially for beginner. You can use either with power bank or normal lithium battery. But sometimes it jammed or shoot 2 balls at 1 time. So use it at distance to be safe. Also when you need to turn off, you have to come to it. No remote. In general, it is a “so-so” not too bad, not too good. But for the price, it is reasonable.

Very happy with the product

Great product for the price. Only complaint is don't leave it in the sun for long because the plastic will warp slightly and the balls don't reliably drop. Well, still an occasional ball won't drop when it's supposed to, but eventually (usually) it will, which makes for a great reaction/drill! :-) I added a remote control to it, and having to reload the 9 balls is a little tiresome, but whatever, it's great for the price. It's on a slow side for an intermediate level player, but serviceable. The multiple angles are good. I set low and closer to simulate a NVM firefight. And higher and farther away for hitting drills near the baseline.

This machine spits fast balls. If you want to practice drive shots, you have to put this farther. You can use a box to elevated it and simulate the incoming hard drives to defend the kitchen line. Balls tend to get stuck, I would suggest search YT for instructions to resolve it. This machine is not for practicing your dinks, buy the other machine if you intend to do dinking drills.

The product work as it suppose to be , but there a problem with the battery connector to the power bank . The plug split into two due to the flimsy design to the connector and the wiring are exposed and due to this , the machine become intermittent , otherwise is perfect for self training drill. Now I still pondering whether to return it or Amazon could just send me a workable plug to the power bank within the return period .

This is great. The machine works well and it shoots the ball at a good distance, not too hard or too soft, it's just right. I love using it. I brought it to a pickle ball court for practice.
