The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Coffee, Latte, and Drink Powder Mix, White Chocolate, 22oz. Tin

After 20 years in LA I came to love going to the Coffee Bean. Their brews are smoother and richer and the powders they use in their lattes and blended drinks give way better flavor and depth than the clowing syrups used by Starbucks. Sadly, when we moved away we never found anything even close to CB quality and taste so we started to order the powders on here. The vanilla is the best I have ever tasted, their chocolate powder is lovely for coffee, hot cocoa or shakes and this white chocolate is surprisingly delicious. Yes, it has quite a lot of sugar in one serving and the canister goes quickly if you use it daily but if this is your only sugar splurge it's not bad really and the taste is just incredible. As I grew to love the Coffee Bean's line of extreme blended drinks, which are stronger, I now make mine at home with a coconut milk base, plenty of good instant, the powder and ice. Sometimes I brew a few shots of Lavazza espresso in my Bialetti and add powder and ice. My husband never cared for coffee until I started making these at home. Now he loves it almost more than I do. Honestly, if you are a coffee person and love a rich sweet flavor, hot or cold, this is the platinum standard in coffee ingredients. But I still wish they would open CB in the Midwest!

Best white chocolate for coffee, EVER. I’m the person that goes to Starbucks daily, sometimes more, and have for over 10 years. I started using this with cheap drip coffee in December ‘17, and I’ve bought Starbucks about 5 times since! I like it better than SB, by far.The only con would be that your coffee (or milk or water?) has to be really hot for it too dissolve, so it’s easy to end up with weird chunks of powder. And the cans get dented up very easily during shipping- despite being adorable.Which leads me to my other favorite thing about this product- the cans! They’re pretty chintzy, but I’ve been decorating them to use for storage & people see them and want to buy them! The ultimate compliment!!

I love the taste of this powder...when I put it in my coffee (iced latte) it reminds me of lucky charms cereal. It tastes so good that I find myself drinking 2 of them back to back. I took one star off because most of the ingredients are questionable. This is a 3 pack which is a great deal.

Was VERY disappointed when I recieved the prodcut and it busted inside the box it was shipped in. The packaging for the product was too loose and gave the cans free reign to tumble around inside the box and therefor the one canister got bent and spilled the powder all throughout the bag. I didn't return it because I just cannot stand dealing with the additional time it takes to return. I just collected the spilled powder and added it into the other two intact canisters.To boot, the white chocolate flavor isn't that great. It's not sugar free and just tastes very bland. The Vanilla, and Dutch Chocolate flavors are the best!

This is by far my wife's favorite white chocolate mix. Unfortunately the only CBTL store in our state is in an airport behind a TSA checkpoint, so we usually rely on family visiting from areas with CBTL stores to get our fix of this stuff. I found a great coupon deal on this item from Amazon, so I ordered it. When it arrived, I had the exact same problem that other reviewers had - at least two of the cans busted and spilled the contents into the plastic wrap holding the three cans together. I thought this might have been because it was packaged with a hard metal car part that I ordered at the same time, but judging from others' reviews it appears that this is a widespread problem.I did not know at the time I ordered this product that Amazon's return policy does not allow food products to be returned, but after live chatting with a customer service representative in India and explaining my situation I was able to get a credit for the purchase price and told to throw the product in the trash.I would have given this product 5 stars if it wasn't for Amazon's packaging and the effort I had to go through to get a refund. I will definitely be buying this product again, just not from Amazon.

The containers were damaged and the powder was spilled out of the containers into the bags and the box. We managed to pour back the powder from the bag but threw away what was in the box. I am really disappointed with this product. I should have bought that from store.Besides, I don't know why the containers are only full up to two/third of their capacity.Anyway, go and buy from store unless you want deformed half full containers.

Love the flavor and container last a long time

I think this stuff is brilliant. I use it in my coffee, but I have made a "hot chocolate" out of it and it was pretty damn good. My husband likes the Vanilla flavor, so I order that as well. They make good steamers, too. The product doesn't go far, 2.5 tablespoons/8oz eats up the pound of powder quickly--I saved an old scoop from a protein supplement, and use that. It might be a tablespoon (it's a small scoop), and I add this flavor to my coffee....actually, I mix it with an unflavored medical-grade protein powder for flavor + protein. Good stuff. And the packaging is way over the top: a nice tin can, with a nice tight-fitting lid, and then there is another lid with a ball-knob inside that! A little excessive.PRO: quality, price, dissolves instantly, no lumps, 3g protein/serving, reusable packagingCON: high sugar content (1 serving is 10g sugar), only 32 servings/can, excessive packaging.
