I'm writing this in hopes it helps you. I have battled a deviated septum for a few years now. Had the surgery. Didn't fix it. My left nostril is 95% blocked. Hard to sleep. It just sucks. I took a chance on these and they work. Yes, other reviewers have noted that they are a bit uncomfortable. Yes and no. Sure, no one wants hard plastic in their nose, but these open my nostril enough to make it worth it. They don't hurt, they just "feel a way." Tip: I wanted to get off the Afrin type nose sprays. I bought Simply Saline with Eucalyptus. I spray the nostril 30 min before bed. Then I blow my nose as clear as I can and insert the device. Not perfect, but the best I have breathed in years. Try it and good luck to you, I know how it is.

Actually hurt the inside of my nose! Very painful. I messaged the company and they said that the newer version as of June 2025 is improved with no rough edges . . .but why would they have made them with rough edges in the first place?

Updating to 4 stars - the cofounder reached out to me and provided a full refund! Appreciate the conversation, I was told they have located said seams and have assured me they will be gone by May 2025!I can’t wait! Cause my husband and I both LOVE these low-profile clips and I enjoy that they feel as if they help straighten my septum.I’ll be happy to update this review to 5 stars in May, when I see those new seamless clips!—————-original review————I use for deviated septum and enjoy the extra air I get when I sleep. I’m not much of a snorer, but my husband is and this helps him too.BUT there is a manufacturing defect on all of the ones I’ve ordered. There is a sharp little seam along the length of the entire product which gives me a bloody nose. I use one of those diamond nail files to sand the thing down.I reached out to customer service and was told to just keep filing it and let them know if that doesn’t work. I told them it isn’t really good and got no response back.But I also mentioned this on their FB page and whomever runs the page gave me a refund via my email address in FB.I’d stop using this if it weren’t the most streamline product on the market. Big dilemma because I REALLY dislike the thought of inhaling tiny flecks of plastic from filing….

Works great, can breathe better at night and don't snow as much.Doesn't feel comfortable. Irritates the inside part of my nose where the nostrils come together due to the plastic seam.

These have the best design of everything I have tried. They are fairly expensive for what they are and I wish they came in brighter colors, so they are not lost so easy (thats why I had to buy a second pair. The clear plastic makes it difficult to find it if they fall off the night table). I got used to them quickly. I picked the first size in Small as I have a small nose, but found that the 2nd one in M works more effective for me. It helps me greatly to reduce the use of Nasal spray at night.

Would be a lot better if these weren’t clear. They get lost in the bed sheets, and my very small dog finds them and chews on them after they fall on the floor and are invisible. I’m concerned he will eat one and choke. Looking for something else

For the most part, these are kinda useless. I ordered the one that includes all 3 sizes to ensure I find the right fit. Plastic was a little too soft and has a strange odor to them which is weird for a product that is meant to go into your nose. Unfortunately can’t recommend these.

My husband says I snore quite often too, sorry hun. Add to that a history of sinus infections, tonsillitis and hay fever (I spent my whole childhood mouth breathing and taking every pill, inhaler and spray possible) and I am a good candidate for an innovative product that is drug free and works to help you breathe through your nose. Mouth tape made me feel like I was being suffocated alive and the strips hurt to peel off. I tried these from an ad thinking what did I have to lose, they were affordable. I was pleasantly surprised to try them and immediately feel a difference the first night sleeping. I had a minor fit issue and wrote to the customer service for help. Within 36 hours the co-founder Chris had written me an actual email with good advice and a solution. I was beyond impressed by this - how often do you get that in today's world? You really get the feeling that this is a small business with a quality product trying to improve people's lives.My airflow clip is comfortable, virtually undetectable in my nose when I sleep, and I've been waking up more refreshed. Only caveat if you are a restless sleeper is to possibly add a dab of permanent pen to the outside part of the clip, occasionally it will fall out and that will make it easier to detect under your pillow. I hear a colored version may be in the works.Bottom line, I got some for my other family members too and am happy to hear they are seeing results too. Thanks!
