Intel Core Ultra 5 Desktop Processor 245KF - 14 cores (6 P-cores + 8 E-cores) up to 5.2 GHz

This is an ideal processor to mate with a Tomahawk board. The installation is a fresh Windows 11 type, using the autounattend.xml file to avoid installing all the Win11 bloatware, telemetry and nannies. This CPU has all the hardware requirements for a flawless Win11 installation. Sadly, the tremendous AI demand has driven the price of RAM memory to 10x over what it was a few years ago. I would buy this processor, and Intel in general, without hesitation.

I’m a digital artist, not a gamer, and I needed a processor that could handle high-node complexity in my drawings without lagging. Since my graphics card is a bit on the weaker side, I often offload my processing and video rendering to the CPU, and this Ultra 5 245KF has been a total champion. I was shocked when I rendered a 30-second video clip using just the processor and it finished in about 3 seconds. It’s efficient, fast, and handles heavy "node-heavy" creative tasks without breaking a sweat.

I bought this cpu because its shows that it is LGA1700 socket, I thought this would be a great match for my Asus TUF Gamming B760-Plus Wifi https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZT9KYNB?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title. But as it turns out this is a misprint, it is actually a LGA1851 Socket cpu. So after spending another 250.00 on a new motherboard, this is actually a very advanced processor. Fast and knows what to download to keep all drivers up to date?

MISLABELED PRODUCT: THIS IS NOT AN LGA1700 SOCKET! It's an LGA1851, which is slightly different dimensions. Hopefully I can get a replacement/refund.

Runs fantastic for what I do witch is gaming and web surfing. Running at load on my aio during a game it never gets above 40c. I don't no if I hit the silicon lottery or this is just how these cpus run, I'm extremely happy with how well it handles the task that I like to do.

Muy buen procesador calidad precio, mejor en productividad que cualquier Ryzen 7, sus 14 núcleos son bastante buenos, en gaming es bueno, solo un 5 % menos que un Ryzen 5 9600x, si quieres algo bueno y barato para productividad y gaming casual o 1440p a 4k es tu opción, temperaturas de no más de 65 C con un enfrentamiento líquido sencillo

Très bon processeur pour du gaming. Chauffe beaucoup moins que les 13ème et 14ème générations, tourne entre 40° et 50° en jeux. Très bonne performances sur les jeux. Donc RAS c'est du Intel.
