Very nice pad. Of course it went dead on us. We contacted the seller and they responded immediately. We now have a new replacement pad and it works great. Heating pads are sketchy devices but if the seller stands behind it, like this one did, it takes the sting out of the purchase. If this pad goes out, I’ll probably buy another from this seller.

Purchased mid April. Worked great! Heated quickly. Yesterday(July 6, 2025), the heating pad just quit working. The power works, the remote works, but the pad no longer produces heat. Return window ended last month! I will attempt to contact sellers to find out if I can at least get it exchanged.

This is a good heating pad. The cord could be a bit longer, but that's only because I used it where the outlet is a bit far away. It heats well, with several heat timers. It's really loosens my aching back muscles.

i genuinely love this heating pad! its very big, super soft,and the settings are very simple. my old heating pad was very frustrating & always shut back off immediately and caused alot of frustration. this one is simple and beautiful. I hope it lasts awhile . thankyou!

Pros: large size, flexible, soft on both sides, heats up quickly., provides pain relief. Cons: gets ultra hot, timer doesnt seem accurate, turns off randomly. Cord gets tangled easily

This heating pad works super well! It gets so hot I have to turn the setting down some. I have only one complaint though, the power cord is a little on the short side, but other than that, I highly recommend it!!!!

Absolutely LOVE this heating pad! It stays on the back of my chair because my husband loves to have a cold house.
