Excellent upgrade from the Leatherman 930381 sheath
I bought this sheath for my Leatherman Sidekick. The sheath that came with the Sidekick (Leatherman 930381) started to snag, fray. and tear almost immediately after I purchased the multi-tool. It was falling apart to the point the foam on the inside was exposed. I became fearful that I would loose my Sidekick through a hole that was developing in the foam at the bottom, so I had to find something better. This new sheath fits my Sidekick perfectly. There is a slight gap (maybe a 1/2 inch or less) between the top of the tool and the sheath, but the Sidekick does not move around, up and down, at all because of this. It sits pretty tightly in the sheath. This new sheath is a MUCH thicker nylon than the Leatherman 930381 sheath.I wear this everyday, and so far, this new sheath has not snagged or started to fray at all. l have noticed it has now started to stretch just a little on the belt loop part of the sheath, but my old sheath stretched a heck or a lot more. Actually, I am content with this little amount of stretching on the belt loop, because it now is easier to put my belt through it than when I first got it.I had some concerns with the snap that is used on this sheath, instead of the Velcro that is used on the Leatherman 930381 sheath. I always knew if I had snagged the flip top on the Velcro due to the sound it made. I thought I may snag this new sheath and the snap would be silent so I would not notice the top coming undone, but this has not happened at all. The snap holds very well.Summary:All and all, the old sheath did not last 2yrs. This new sheath is definitely a better quality sheath. It uses better quality materials and is all around a beefier construction than my previous sheath. I feel this new sheath will last much longer than the old one, and when it does wear out I will have no hesitation about buying this one again.

Best Sheath for Victorinox Spirit or Leatherman Wave by itself without addons
This is a minimalist Leatherman sheath which means that it does not have extra slots (room) for screwdriver bits or other parts. If your like me and find that very you infrequently use the additional items and don't like carrying the weight this sheath, in my view, is by far the best that either Leatherman or Victorinox have available.Besides the minimalist quality of the sheath, other factors which make this sheath great include an outstanding snap which is both easy to operate and secure, that its made out of nylon which does not pick up moisture (sweat etc.) like leather, has a good elastic which keeps the two halves of the sheath tight and very good stitching. It is also priced very well!!Note, for everyday carry I switched out my Leatherman Wave for a Victorinox Spirit and have never looked back. While I like the fact that the Wave has the ability to use multiple screwdriver bits I simply don't use them enough to warrant carrying them. Without the additional screwdriver bits the Wave is and Spirit are very similar functionally in size, weight and tools, however, the fit and finish of the Victorinox Spirit, in my view, is substantially better. This sheath fits my Victorinox Spirit perfectly and is way better than anything else that either Victorinox or Leatherman puts out.

Just what I wanted for my Charge
I carried an original Wave for about 15 years. I retired that for sentimental reasons years ago and replaced it with a Charge from my .mil days. The problem I had was the leather sheath that came with that Charge was, well, too big. It was clunky and stuck out from my belt way too far for my likes. I tried an older Leatherman nylon sheath but hated the velcro closure. Then I saw this. Small, snap closure - just what I was looking for. I went for the basic version as I tend to utilize features if they are there - all I wanted was a sheath to hold only the Charge. This sheath has been 100% perfect for me since I got it about a year ago. Perfect size for the Charge with a tiny bit of extra height, it fits snugly, and it is a low-profile on the belt as you can get. It hasn't fallen apart yet, so I think the only problem I will have is the elastic breaking down over time.Would buy again without hesitation!

Leatherman case fits just right
This is a quality made sheath that fit exactly right. It's tough to find models that fit, being there are so many leatherman tools. But, this one does the trick! Good price, too!

Great sheath but not for every belt
I bought this little sheath for my SOG Powerpint and it fits perfectly. The sheath appears well made and durable. The snap on the front is secure and the nylon is thick. Only complaint is that the belt loop is a little too small for my gun belt (Wolf Tactical Heavy Duty Quick Release). It will fit on the belt but not around the buckle. You can remove the buckle and slide it on but that is some what inconvenient. They have the real estate on the sheath to enlarge the belt loop, so they could just give it another 1/8-1/4".

Excellent. Secure snap.
A nice quality sheath. A heavy nylon with a very positive snap that is secure and works well. I really like this sheath and use it daily for my Leatherman Wingman.
