I’ve taken this product for a month, and it hasn’t stopped my cravings. I am a type 1 diabetic so I am missing a hormone. Amylin is a beta cell hormone co-secreted with insulin and is nearly absent in patients with T1D. Amylin regulates blood glucose by slowing gastric emptying, suppressing glucagon secretion, and suppressing appetite to decrease food intake I guess I need something much stronger.

This is a magic bullet for sugar cravings. Not to mention, the taste is very good with no added sugar. This was really important to me. The chew is almost too good where I have to stop myself from having more than one. My A1C levels have also improved. This is my 6th supplement from this brand and I will say this: the results have been the most dramatic taking this one. These taste AWFUL, not sure how some people said they tasted great. Made me nauseous, maybe that's why I didn't feel like eating. Even though they had a very bad taste I tried for a week, seemed to curb appetite a little but I had to stop using them because I would gag at the taste..

I'm usually skeptical about these things, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. I've been taking one gummy a day for almost three weeks now, and I haven't had a craving since! Not even when I was about to get my period, which is usually when I crave everything in sight. And get this, I also stopped smoking cigarettes! I don't know if it's because of the gummies or what, but I haven't had a craving for a cigarette since I started taking them. I'm really happy with this product!
