Do not order from Cutlers
Very very disappointed. The box arrived previously opened and then resealed. Upon inspection, there was no manual and NO BATTERY in the box. The charger was dirty and not the same one depicted in the advertisement. I contacted the seller and the response was to return it at our expense! I would have preferred a more personal solution: offer to send a battery and replacement charger, for example. Or pay for the return at the very least! Instead, I received a canned response with an address to return this heavy item. Their quality control in terms of shipping is seriously lacking and now the cumbersome and expensive return process is in me. Do not order from Cutlers.

Straight out of the box, this saw cut through thick wood like butter, but the chain wears very quickly and after the first session, the battery seems to overheat faster than I can get to the end of a full charge. For quick yard usage, it’s totally fine, but as something marketed for farm and whatever, it’s pretty disappointing
