The Phomemo PM-2465-BT is a compact portable Bluetooth thermal label printer aimed at small business or individuals who ship packages on a regular basis. You can connect to your computer of phone wirelessly which is a very nice benefit. Things I like: Easy to use: The setup of this printer is very straightforward. You will have to pay attention to the directions; however, it is easy to install. Print speed: I love the quick prints that come out. Since there are no complex images that are produced, the image quality is not an issue and the labels come out top notch. Portability: Again, this piece of hardware takes up very little space on your desk, or even in your car. It has a solid build and a base that won’t tip over even if using it in your car. Things I noticed: • The app itself is under constant review by Phomemo and I have noticed that there can be some connectivity issues between the app and the device, especially if you have other Phomemo printers (which I have). This does not stop the device from shining though. • Will it last: I will take this with me wherever I go along with packages and see how durable this device is. Again it’s built sold and feels heft in my hands. Conclusion: The Phomemo PM-2465-BT is a convenient solution for wireless label printing with its compact design and ease of use. Make sure you read the directions and do not try to put this thing together without understanding how it works. I personally have not had any issues with this printer to date. I have had it for a month now.

Very easy to set up and use. Connects easily and automatically and the app makes it easy to print anything from your phone. Prints crisp barcodes. Would recommend

Works as good as any other label printer. The usb c adapters were a nice bonus. If it’s on sale cheaper than the other Chinese brands I wouldn’t worry about a quality difference.

I wanted to love this. The print is very clear but it will not line up any labels I try to use in it. Keeps overlapping and wasting them. Very frustrating. Terrible customer support at the company not Amazon. They can’t even fix the problem. Just keep telling me to do the same trouble shooting options that don’t work.

Do NOT purchase. This product will work for about one week, then you will get an error code on you font stating “network connection error” The app is horrible. Main reason I purchased this was because I like the print master app used by phomemo. I don’t know why this has a different app that doesn’t even work!
