It's a looker for sure, but mine arrived with two feet broken off. Might have been due to being packed in an envelope and not a box and there was no packing material, but it doesn't feel like the most durable item. For the price and the attractiveness worth the money. Not sure how long it will last though. Mine is being replaced by Amazon due to breakage. Wish there was somewhere to write a packaging review.

This napkin holder is solid with a very nice matte black finish. It holds a lot of napkins too which is a huge plus for my family. I use bounty napkins in mine but it's roomy enough to put the vanity if you prefer those. Great product 😀

I am so happy I read the reviews before choosing this one. It is just as nice as every review I read. First of all it is substantial. This is not a little cheap napkin holder. It is nice and heavy duty. FINALLY no more fighting with stand up napkins. Why didn't I do this years ago? Last month I bought another stand up napkin holder this one with a spring that was the last straw. Now my napkins and I are finally happy. Someone did suggest putting feet on the bottom so it doesn't scratch the wood on your table. I do think I will do that even though I have not had that problem.

A beautiful piece, well done. I'd wish it didn't wobble - the holder does not sit flat and nothing can be done without destroying its beauty (like padding for the ball legs). I had to return it. Not sure if it was only mine that had this problem.

I wish I had ordered this earlier. I keep forgetting to put napkins on the table and have to get up every time. I keep this on the dining table. Looks nice. Not flimsy. Matches all the scroll designs in my kitchen. All pieces match beautifully.

I was originally using one of those stand-up napkin holders, which really annoyed me because the napkins were always falling over, especially when they got low. I decided I need a flat holder, so I bought this one. It looks great, just like the picture, and is deep enough to hold a good amount, my only small complaint is the square itself is slightly bigger than the napkins I have purchased (Costco, Walmart) and it drives me a little nuts. Not enough that I need to buy another but I do wish they fit more snugly in there so there was no gap around the edges, I know I'm probably being overly picky but just thought I would point it out. I would most likely buy this again, because the design, color and sturdiness of this is great and will last me a long time!!

I really love this napkin holder as opposed to the holders that stand your napkins up on their edge because you can just easily grab a handful to refill and plop them in, instead of trying to grab the perfect about for the upright holders and then getting them all to go in neatly, only to discover that you grabbed too many and they either won't fit or get wedged in so tight that when you pull one out you end up pulling all of them out. This design is just so much nicer to me even though it does take up more space on the counter.

The flat napkin holder is heavier than I expected. It is not a flimsy piece of metal. The ornamental design is nicely done and the metal is heavier than expected. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice piece of wrought iron.

Very - very happy with purchase. Good quality and looks great. There was a longer wait for the item but I did get it just before Xmas. Besides the delay, would recommend.
