Installation was super easy. Quality product. I love that i can mount this on my kitchen wall and it's out of the way. Really like that they aren't tear away paper towels. Idk how many time my kids would take like 4 paper towels at once cause they would just pull the roll. Smh. Looks great in my kitchen. Matches my white cabinets. Great product.

I do not have a complaint about the dispenser itself. It is just a plastic dispenser that comes with a key. You unlock it, fill it with paper towels, close it and relock it (or leave unlocked and just closed). The key is taped to the back of the dispenser and can be overlooked. An instruction manual is included in the box with the item. What I don't like is, the item does not come with hardware. So my husband had to take it to a local hardware store to make sure he purchased that right screws for it. This is why I subtracted a star from the rating. Other than that, I like it's slim design, and it fits neatly on the wall in my guest bathroom.

I had to replace a different brand of hand towel dispenser that kept ripping each towel as it got pulled out. This one has a really great design that holds the bulk of the paper towels back but allows the dispensing paper to hang freely while still being shielded and protected by the outer casing. When you go to grab it you have to kind of reach into it but the towel pulls very easily and freely out of the dispenser. It's perfect!

it holds firm to my wall. That s pretty good. Looks much like those found in public spaces. Great quality and sturdy when installed too.
