Compatible with Sony and Fuji?

It is supposed to be compatible with different cameras. I have a Nikon D3500 and a Nikon flash and a cheap brand one. And works perfectly. Look in the pictures of the hot shoes for the flashes. I see Sony and Fuji. Now, obviously must use all of it in manual settings because the flashes don't synchronize with the camera.
