This really is a surprisingly value-add to a molle-ed up tac backpack... It fits (hangs) on the strap as though it's purpose built. Many options to clip/velcro/strap it to the shoulder strap. For my needs, the top velcro flap pocket is a bit incompatible. It doesn't fit a cellphone (too narrow) so maybe it'll work for a lithium battery brick... Let's see...

I really appreciate having extra and coinvent "pockets" on my pack. Great for keeping my glasses and ear buds and my I Phone 14 plus. The phone fits perfectly into the zippered area behind the large pocket. I like mine so much, I am ordering one for my husband.
