I purchased this item on 5/8/25. It has a one-year guarantee. It died this week. I contacted the seller and received a reply that I need to go to the "platform" to request a refund or an exchange. There is no option to do that from my orders page because the return window closed after 30 days. I ended up calling Amazon Customer Service, and they kindly credited my account for the return.
