I've been using this SAD Lamp now for a few weeks, and absolutely love it. I work from home and my home office is quite dark. The light that I have in the office always seemed a bit harsh so when I got this lamp in my suggestions, I decided to give it a go. Throughout the day, but especially in the mornings and evenings if I have to work late, this lamp really helps me stay focused without having to deal with harsh light. I generally tend to use the 90 min timer in the morning, and the 60 min timer in the evenings when working as standard, but find myself using it more and more during the day if it's a dark day. The lamp is easily controlled using the included remote or the touch sensitive sensors on the base. It's intuitive to turn on or off, and to adjust the colour temp using both methods so if you misplace the remote (or like me, have young kids who "misplace everything accidentally " it's still easy to use and tweak to how you're feeling that day. It's really made my mornings a lot more easy. I didn't realise that good light can actually make that much of an impact, but I can't imagine not using it now during the winter months, and see myself using it during the summer months in the evenings as well if working late. It's been a great addition to my home office and will most likely get one for my wife as well for her home office. Packaging was all good, it arrived well packaged and safe and there was no setup or assembly required. Take box, open box and take it out and plug it in... there you go :) Overall highly recommend this if you're struggling with natural light in the winter months, or have some dark spaces you want to light up with some good lighting without hurting your eyes! Both from a actual light quality and looks point of view :)

The light is really nice and well made. Looks pretty as well. Light colour and strength can be adjusted. This has helped me massively in my energy levels.Thank you.

I love it as an ambience lamp, but now I also know that medical SAD lamps need to be in a panel form, and directed light (not 360 degrees with a fabric shade) in order to deliver 10000 lux at a reasonable distance. Anyway, I still like it but it's disappointing that it's not what's advertised.

Works perfectly and just as advertised. I bought this as a nice modern flexible lamp in our lounge and it has worked out well. In Warm White mode 25% power a nice background light and when wanting a bright light Cool White 100% power. Seems good value and very pleased with the purchase. Our children (young adults) were instantly impressed with it too and turn it on all the time.

The remote control is a game changer when using the lamp to assist my morning mood from my bed.

Lovely looking bed side lamp. Despite not being solid wood it doesn't look out of place next to solid oak furniture and the light level and colour is easy to adjust. I can't comment on the efficacy of the SAD light as it's too early in the season to really experience any effects but it certainly looks lovely and is easy to operate.

The brightness is strong enough to mimic natural sunlight, which helps improve my mood and energy, especially on cloudy days. The design is elegant with a linen shade and wooden base, so it looks like a stylish home lamp rather than a medical device. It offers 3 color temperatures, 4 brightness levels, a timer, and a remote control, making it very easy to use. I use it both as a light therapy lamp and as a regular bedside/desk lamp. Ease of use is very good. 10K Lumens. Adjustable light which makes it easier on the eyes. 3 types of lighting colors, cool, warm, and natural. Just got it so don't know how long the bulb will last. No obvious way to change bulbs. So do I have to buy a whole new lamp. Otherwise, very good

My doctor recommended I get one of these since I live in the PNW and am originally from somewhere there's a lot of sunshine all year. I was skeptical it was a placebo and so did my research. This lamp had the right amount of lumens to meet clinical significance and has helped stave off SAD this winter, so far. It's very easy to use. There are 3 timer settings with different tones of light. It's small, light weight, and I can turn it on/off by touch control or by using the remote it comes with.
